This is the new Sony Nex F3
Looks like a great update. But really, I just want Sony to come out with a reasonable fast, affordable and sharp 27 mm (40 mm) pancake lens for the Nex camera bodies. As it is now, I’m beginning to think that micro four thirds cameras have a better balance between image quality and body+lens size.
Additional Sony Nex F3 specs/info:
- 16.1 MP sensor
- ISO: 100-16,000
- 1080 24p HD video
- 180 degree LCD
- Built-in flash
- Kit price: $599
- Starts shipping in June

tumblr starts selling ads
Karp announced at Ad Age’s Digital Conference that on May 2, Tumblr will start offering advertisers the ability to buy an ad unit on Tumblr Radar, which highlights the site’s top posts and gets approximately 120,000,000 impressions a day.
Inevitable. Also: To let advertisers buy access to the tumblr radar seems as a both classy and effective way to reach the tumblr community. Afterall, the company is hosting your blog. And mine. I even have my own domain name. I’ve run this blog for about a year. In the beginning the service was down a lot. Now, it almost never fails. When you have a popular AND solid product, you deserve to make money on it. In one way or another. And tumblr chose another. Good for them.
